EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle tapping technique using acupuncture points which is used to resolve emotional issues. EFT is excellent as a self help tool and is very easy to learn. It is something you can use on your own, although it does help to tap with a qualified therapist as we often don’t ‘see’ or ‘hear’ what is behind our own problems. A trained therapist will usually pick up on the hidden message and gently illuminate it. It is often astonishing how once we recognise what is at the core of a problem, we can resolve it.

EFT is a wonderful therapy for helping children with all sorts of issues for example fear of the dark and they take to it easily.

Those of us who use EFT, will say 'use it on everything' and the following are examples of emotional problems that benefit from EFT:
